Delivery & Shipping

We offer delivery service to our clients worldwide. There may be regions that are not covered with our delivery service. If  you are unable to proceed with your purchase in our region, you may contact us at support@craftie.co.nz or you can by filling out the Contact Ss form.

We use different couriers companies to ensure you get the items on time. When your items are shipped we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on weight and destination of your items.

We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.

If you live in rural area, there may be an additional 1-3 days to get the product delivered to you.

All items shipped come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number once we have dispatched your order.

We are currently only offering international shipping to Australia. We use NZ Post to ship all our items to Australia with current delivery timeframe of 3 to 7 working days depending on territory.
